If / When a final appointment is made with your veterinarian, it is a good idea to let us know, so that we can coordinate with your veterinarian. There is an additional charge for service after 4 pm. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and all major holidays, including Saturday – Tuesday of Mardi Gras and every Saturday & Sunday. (List of Closed Holidays below) We charge a $40 After Hours Fee to receive a pet from the Eastbank Pet Emergency Clinic or the Westbank Emergency clinic after normal hours or on holidays. They will care for your pet until we can arrive.

We close early for hurricanes to allow our employees and their families to prepare and evacuate if they choose to.
